i need some info on this, how do you mount the skirts when there aren't any holes underneath, the problem will be when i put the skirt up to the car i will be covering the place to mark the holes with the skirt itself, the holes i'm referring to are the ones where the clips will be inside the skirt

measure, measure then drill, test fit, repeat until you have all the clips on.
Thats what I did on my 2nd gen...just get a nice sharp drill bit (7/16 should work, but make sure its smaller than the thread on the screws) and just put the skirt in place, mark it with a pen or marker, and drill...
