well white boy while i dont need a hood i was in the market for other things, i work in sales and i must say customer service is the most important thing, 1 happy customer tells 2-3 people, 1 unhappy tells 10-15, in this with the org 10-15,000 if not more. you lose money anytime you need to take product back and deal with shipping, but you lose even more money when you get bad press and customers go else where to buy. I would clean your messes publicly and fix the mess up sooner rather than later and try to save some face, making the customer go drive around to other places is not good customer service at all.

Yeah... that's one of the first things I noticed too. I could probably get over it, but I'd much rather it looked something like this.

Keep in mind you just mucked up the bumper, you wouldn't ever have it look like that in real life. But yeah, feel bad that whiteboy is actually making products for these cars and getting dogged, but at the same time, if that's how you do business then it's no wonder they get dogged.

i still wish you would have came straight across, rather then across-then down in the middle... IMO it looks like @$$ that way.
and i know i know you did it this way because the high beam output wouldnt be enough, but oh well.
