i plan on doing some fiberglassing this summer....and advance auto parts by me has a special on BONDO fiberglass resen ($14.44) and BONDO body filler ($28.88)


both are gallon containers...


is that really worth it.....like by alot.....or is it just a few bucks off the normal??

try uscomposites. much better quality for the same price. i personally use rage gold filler and will never go back to bondo.

first off...u sure the gallon of resin is only 14.44?? cuz here in NY its 34....even for bondo brand.

and i would advise against using bondo brand anything. i use evercoat products which u can get at a body supply distributor, or even at carquest, etc. carquest is more expensive, but its available.

and i agree.....i only use Rage gold filler also

Evercoat... I wouldn't use Bondo brand

bondo will work if your in a bind. i wouldnt suggest using it but if your in the middle of a project and need just a little bit to finish, then maybe yes but normally i wouldnt buy it.

bondo works if you want to sand a lot. IT will do the job, but higher quality glass will sand much easier and save you a LOT of time. depends the size of the project you're doing?

i hear alot of good thinga about rage, how well does it sand? like say compared to bondo brand

Rage is the SH!T ill never use anything else again it sands so much easier! and it comes out so much better.
