Do a topic search and look for "clear corners". I know there is an FAQ around here, cause this topic comes up a LOT. The main thing with it is just seperating the cover from the housing. There is a thick silicone that borders the cover. You can either use a dremel and a small flat head screwdriver to pry about the silicone until you get it enough to seperate. Or, some people perfer doing it quick by putting the headlights in the oven for a few minutes to soften the glue to make it easier to pull apart. Thats the big task on making the clear corners, is just getting them apart. Once you do, removing the orange reflectors is a 30-second job. The circle reflector is held on by two small screws, and the side reflector is just snapped in with a tab (if I remember correctly, haven't done it in a while). After you're ready to put back together, just use some silicone to glue back together. Most use an aqarium (sp?) silicon.
