honestly if u take time out and try and think bro i think we could make sumthing close to it the front looks like the normal stock front bumper with sum mods and the razzi rear with a few mods aswell, sumone could pull it off if they wanted to and a lil bit of a fender lip on each one.

Its like my GXP Concept conversion. I gotta make the front and all. Looks like the HO shared the GXP Front with and added spoiler. Someone damaged my front and rear bumpers in my work parkin lot so it give me an excuse to try it out. If not I can always pick up new bumpers at a salvage yard. I'm still at the crossroads with my project tho.
Why dont you use fiberglass to make a mold out of a razzi front and change it from there. Or go over to Michigan and secretly making a mold out of Nick Layer's GM lip kit!
