does the lights come with the necessary wiring?

no you'll have to tap into your front signal lights and wire it yourself
... but since you'll have the fender out anyway, it won't be that difficult. 2 wires each side, (power/ground)
but does it come with those wires even though i have to do it myself? if not, what wire/where to get it, would you recommend?
The fenders are just the fenders... with holes in them for the markers. They don't come with markers. The markers are a separate piece, available from GM or Saab (in clear & smoked)... cost a pretty penny as well. The wiring isn't included with the markers either... so you'll have to grab some wire from the auto parts store (14 gauge should do it) and wire it up yourself.
does anybody have a listing for the 95-99 fenders?
1998 Chevrolet Cavalier
5-spd
couldnt you just buy the markers and drill a hole in your current fenders?

As far as Cavalier fenders go...
There's the 95-99 variety with the metal bracket for the corner light welded to the fender.
Then there's the 00-02 variety, with a small metal tab at the bottom corner where it meets the bumper for the yellow 'rod' from the corner light to stick into. 00-02 also have a bracket that bolts to the front of the sheet metal for the headlight and corner light to clip into.
Then there's the 03-05 variety... which I personally haven't paid attention to in the wrecking yards, so I don't know from first-hand experience... but apparently there's a tab half-way up the side of the fender where it meets the bumper.... as well as a metal bracket that bolts to the front of the car (like the 00-02 sort of), to hold the headlight assembly.
Can you swap between the three? Sure. But you'll have to hack off the 95-99 bracket if you use it on a 00+ car. Or find a bracket and attach it on a 95-99 car.. if you catch my drift.
I think we established a while ago, that the numbers we have for Toyota fenders were the 00 model year (last year in Japan), which would make them the same as our Chevy 00-02 fenders, but with an inch wider lip (Japanese buyers don't like the front tires sticking out...). I do not know of anyone with the numbers for the 96-99 Toyota fenders.... maybe TRD 901Z with his Toyota Cavalier parts book can help us here
so the whole fender is a little wider?
