i have a fender crease in my left front fender. about 6-8 inches long

paint is in perfect shape in the area not really sure how it got there.

i know u can fix dents and what not with pullers. but how would i fix this crease?

again i can not give show you how to fix metal online just isnt going to happen
me personally i would take the fender off and work the metal back to shape
no need for dent pullers nothing just a hammer and dolly
but since your asking and have no experience in body work don`t do it your self with out someone there that has the experience
