or head light covers. anyone ever done it? have an idea or two, not sure how much it'll interfere with the amount of light produced though. guess there's only one way to find out. do you all think it would be possible to mold them to the hood? or would that prevent it from latching?

What do you mean by headlight covers? Like the smoked ones from autozone, or cutting th covers to make eyebrows?

This is sheetmetal welded to my stock hood. If you do it this way, your high beams look like low beams at night. Have IZN TRBL make you some projectors or do it yourself to fix the light output problem.
or you could go the trd eyelid route... larry martin has a set for sale in the classifieds that he just posted up last night.
