Ok I know you'll have to have the fenders, lights, hood, wiring harness, and the front bumper. Thats the obvious and I've looked this up in search so please help and not tell me that. And if it is possible how can I make that sleeper look in the headlights. Or am I getting way over my head. I'm a slight modify but not that much. Thanks
Ummm....not sure what you mean by "sleeper look" but yes its possible
to swap the fronts.
like cav/fire's headlights how they lean back. Not sure what you call it.
I think i just found out it was eyelids sorry my bad.
you go to a body shop and have them weld in lids.
Thanks for the sig, Blakout.
so how much mod is done in the process
the swap is very easy. All bolt in except for the new headlight attachment. Also, just as it was said above, the eyelids are welded/fiberglassed into a hood depending on what kind you have.
hows the headlight attachment go?
when i did mine 96 cavalier to a 00 sunfire the headlights bolted right in no prob.
thats great you guys really helped me out thanks
are you actually going to do it? if so post up some pics of the entire swap, either in this thread or in the photos & media section i'd like to see how it goes for you and see how it looks

when i get mine devolped im post them. its direct bolt on no mods needed. just splice the wiring for the turn signals. the hardest part was getting them damn wheel wells in. look in the photo section for my swap pics.

this is from the Exterior FAQ

Cavalier/Sunfire Swaps
Yes you can swap the front end of a cavalier with that of a sunfire. It is not hard either. You will need the following items from for the front end.
Hood
Headlights
Headlights Wireharness
Hood Latch
Fenders
Front Bumper
Everything bolts on. You just have to splice the wires for the headlights depending on what year and make you are using. The back ends, however, are a different story. The rear quarter panels are completely different, and therefore you cannot interchange them. 4door sunfires, however, can use the rear bumper from a cavalier.
In the future, please do not bring old threads back... unless it is relevant to the original post. Please create a new thread to ask questions...
thanks
