Power Windows and Mirrors

Ok, two questions, I have been having some problems with my power windows and mirrors. (1996 sunfire)

My drivers side power window I believe the motor is shot, i was rolling the window down part way and it got stuck and will no longer go up or down, the switch seems to still work, but i do not know for sure, Im gonna try changing the window motors first. how difficult is this and can anyone give me a quick walkthrough.

Second, my power mirrors. The switch turns fine and engages for each side and the mirrors go in and out, but neither side will go up or down. My guess is switch problem, unless our power mirrors only go side to side. Any input on this would be helpful.

thanks guys, Anyone know about the power mirrors? Are they supposed to adjust up and down from the switch or do they only go side to side from the switch?

Before you replace the motor, try running 12V power across the terminals on the motor and see if it moves one way or the other. If it works fine, you'll need to check other places for the source of the problem (like the wires inbetween the door and the main chassis)
