what's your opinion
and no i am not keeping the one i have t,hey are already sold.(icefir3) of jcoeast
IMO whoever pays $1600 for 15" rims is nuts
I like the American Racing rims better, they would be very original too.
If you pay that much for either of those you are insane. neither are worth it. stick with what you have.
not worth it and american racing rims suck balls
Dude... don't spend THAT much money on such little rims...
Call my friend Steve here at Sport Compact Only and I could get you Montegi trak lites for like $350 a piece for 17"x8"...15's are even cheaper!

Yeah, there are definitely better deals out there, do a little more searching. Maybe try posting in Wheel and Tire, a lot more people there would be able to tell you where to look.
Alright, let clear out a few things,
Canadian prices for rims is quit deferent from u.s. specially new.
The first set, (gm z24), is going to cost me 300$ for all 4 rims tx included,
however the only white lettered tires available in 205/55/16 are:
Goodyear eagle1 NASCAR, and they are 188$ each tx in, installed and balance.
so total is 1050.00 for those rims and tires
yes it's expensive but I want white letters and since it's the only option I am willing to pay.
The a/r fusion chrome rims,
Here in Canada they are 250$ a piece, 1000.00 plus tx, witch is 15% here
so total for the rims only is 1150.00$
Best deal found for tires 205/60/15 whit white lettering is 90$ a piece =360.00+15%=415
installation and balance 35$
total =1600.00
so yes it’s lot’s of money cause I paid 500$ for my 17” 3 year ago, with rubber on it
they were used but in very good shape .
money is not the real thing here today , I am wondering which one would look better
adding:
thanks for the comments, most of you are having hard time figuring why I would go smaller whit these prices being high so here goes
I have 17" on right now, and I’m really not happy with the way it drives , to ruff, plus I am trying to go away from the full mod. ride scenario , I’m looking to go for a bit of both world’s , bit of today’s look and bit of it's original life look ,that why the white lettering is important.
if I am making any sense here.
Has for the prices , I know it’s expensive specially for smaler rims but .these are my options right now
Get the 00-02 LS rims. They are tight.
