Im looking at the rk sport lip kit and the wings west type W. Im not sure which i like better. I just wanted to get some peoples opinions before i do anything...

those are of the wings west kit. i found them in the advanced member search area. i couldnt find any of the rk lip kit though. good luck with your decision.

They're expensive. I lokoed at the RK Sport kit for my 97 and it's like 550 I think. The Wings West kit is around 400 depending on the dealer.

I personally have the RKSport kit. I like it. I matched it with their mesh screens. I mounted my fog lights in the lower holes. It looks clean. I've gotten a bunch of compliments on it.

I'll post of pic in my registry of it so you can see it. Right now, my pic is just of the side.

If you car is lowered, be careful as it will be a lot closer to the ground up front. I'm about 5 inches off the ground up front. But have yet to go over anything big enough to hurt it.

I think i might mix and match it up, i think ima go with the rk sport front lip then with the wings west side skirts and rear lip. How yins that that would look?

O ya, where is a good place to get just the front rok sport valance?

It's your car, so do what you like, but I think the RK kit all around is a better kit. It flows with the lines of the car much better.

Can you get the fog lights from rk sport? I cant wait to get all this stuff for my car, ive been slowly saving up the money and now i finally have enough to play with!

Get your stuff where ever it's cheapest, but stay with places you know have a good rep. Don't want to get ripped and wait for weeks on a product just to realize it's the wrong thing.

And Keith...2001 didn't come with an Ecotec, unless you got an engine swap.

Yes, you can get fog lights from RK, but look else where as they will be cheaper at other places, i.e. an online store of just lights...that's what I did. Got a great pair of PIAA for cheap, don't remember as it was about a year ago.

Go on ebay. There is an ebay store selling a full WW lip kit for 600. MMM i love that lip kit always wanted it on my cav.

There's a shop here in Des Moines that sells the Wings West kit for like $450. For $600 you might as well get a full body kit. UNless the $600 includes painting it to match the body color, then by all means it's worth every penny.
