how hard you think it would be to have the black part of these rims painted body color? would i have to find a wheel specialist, or any body painter?? any ideas on cost too(not that i care, lol). any input is appreciated.

my best guess would be to look up a local powder coater.. probably 100-150 for all the rims.
No clue what it would cost, but it would look awesome!
or now that i think about it, maybe get the chrome part painted body color. that would look hot too. but anyone got any ideas??

They would have to be stripped to be powder coated if it is paint on there now, because of the temp needed to "melt" the powder coat. To paint them its mask, scuff, paint. I would suggest you go single stage not base/clear as it would be more durable. To paint the metal part you would need to use an etching primer to get it to stick to the aluminum, that is as long as it's not clear powder coated. I would charge $200-$300 to mask and paint the black part of the wheels.

I forgot, Go to a body shop not a wheel shop.
