LOL^^^
Basically, remove all the splash guards, remove the little clips holding the center to the actual metal bumper, probly have to take the headlights out, and theres 2 bolts on each side holding the bumper to the fenders.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong....its been a while since I took apart any 00-02s

Buy a Haynes or Chiltons manual....$17 well spent...I have them both, and they cover everything between pulling out the engine and pulling out the cigarette lighter...

i searched front bumber removal in all forums, and in all messages and all i came up with were a bunch of rear bumber removal topics. I never get good results when i use the search button. Seems faster to just post it and get an answer or a link to an answer.

He got it on the head.. 4-6 Screws(or 7mm, maybe 10mm bolts) in each wheel well, 4 pins by the latch between the headlights(need a flat head to just simply pry them up), Take out headlights and corners out (2 bolts on each headlight 13mm) Then u can look in there and you'll see two 7 or 10mm bolts..(Maybe screws) Then u just kinda tip the bumper back and pull forward. For anyone who has a 95-99 Z24 there are 3-4 Clips under the bumper.. there is this black air dam under it that has like 3-4 clips in it.. I would have to say the ones holding the fender and bumpers are the hardest to get to.. could easily have taken off the old one and a new one on in a hour esp since u know where all of them are.. Have fun! I know i do takin apart my car

Start taking off all the screws you see, take off your headlights and pull.
