It will not, I have it on my car now, but I had to switch to a base cavy bumper. After all is said and done it still sits lower than the Z24 bumper. Check the cardomain for pics if you want.

just cut the lip part off of your bumper if you have to. or find a 95-99 base model cavi bumper. theres only a few million of them out there.
