ok i have a 99 4.dr sunfire i have switched trunks on the car i have a cav. trunk now. what i was wanting to know if i could put the cav. outter lights on a sunfire?

srry to jack the thread but has the chopped roof idea ever been done a j-body? thats my main project for next year (to many for this winter had to bump a few down on the list) ive been reading up on it and got alot of the idea stright just wonderin if its been done or not.
it's been tried several times, but failed each time. the roof of the car is a major structural support, so without it, the car just caves in on itself. the rest of the car needs to be severely reinforced to prevent that.

No. But on the 4dr fire outer tails there are two lite holes. On for the big lite that is brake/turn/running lite and another small 194 (if i'm not mistaken) for just a running lite on the edge of the tail. There should just be a small add on harness to the main that should simply unplug and let you slip the one cavi buld in.
