hey guys i just got my car broken into and every audio was stolen last week and this week they came back for everything they forgot to take the first time.... so0o0 i wanted to know where to get plates or caps for the the door lock and should i also shave the the door handle too?? Advise? and i know this isn't the right forum but can u guys help me out with the right great alarm system? thanks you guys very much

thats what i did..
i shaved all the locks, including trunk..
they can still break the window but one less thing they can do.
i left my handles
I just did my handles and locks about a month ago. Take out your lock and handle, and trace the area with a piece of paper. Cut out the paper and double check the fit. Then trace it onto a piece of sheet steel and cut the sheet steel out. That's how I did mine, and it was cheap. The metal you can get at lowes or home depot, and they also have aviator shears or tin snips, whatever you want to call them.

How about an alarm? Who would have thunk?
I had the same thing happen to me, they busted in thru the driver's side lock and trunk lock and stole all my stereo equipment. So I shaved the locks/handles, and I put in a 2 way pager alarm.
