now i know to adjust the light output on your headlights, there are 4 "prongs", 2 for each headlight...and you suppose to turn them and they change where the light shines....but what i'm asking is, which way do u turn to get them to go up, to go down, to go in, to go out, etc? and which ones do u turn to do what? its cold as hell out here in ohio and i dont want to be outside in the dark playing around with it...i'd rather get it done and come back inside and stay warm. thanks

Get a Haynes book, they are cheap.....theres a whole section about it.

It should be pretty obvious though......they move a lot when you turn the screws.

You have to park a certain distance away from a wall too.....cant remember how far cause i dont have the book with me.
