Ok, has anyone custom fitted projectors into the cheapo projectors you can buy for 95-99 cavys?? im want some projectors but i dont want to buy the crappy one that people say dont have good visibility in wet conditions. any info or help would be appreciated, thanx.

ok, so then ur saying that i can buy the cheap black projectors off ebay, and get a HID kit for them?? i still heard that they just throw light everywhere...nothin like a projector.
no they'll be fine. only problem w/ projectors is the light output. if you get hids, that takes care of it
ok that sounds good. so what HID kit should i get and at what K's? also id prob be better off getting the clear lensed ones...right?
i have the matrix projector from ebay, without projector theyre REALLY suck so i put 4300K HID from xenondepot.com and the light output is better, but still not as i wanted to.
I heard the the apc projector with hid are better for lights output. if you get hids, dont go over 4300k or maybe 5k max. The higher the K is, more color you have but less lights output.

or better, you could buy one of these and retrofit real hids projectors that have about the same size projector. For that i cant help you tho.
you can go as high as 12k. my buddy had 12k in his integra and they were bright as hell. i suggest like a 8 or 9k kit
higher you will go, less light you will get!!! that is just how it works!!!!!

if you buy the apc projectors you dont need to fit anything in there except the hid kit which is just the bulbs and you mount the ballist (or whatever the hell their called) next to the headlight.
i have 10k Hids.. mine r really bright and really blue
