i have a VIS, i love it. excellent quality and rolled edges. i got mine used and just make sure u dont leave it on the hood prop too long.. seams to have slightly warped mine. nuthing major. but noticable to me.

VIS is good stuff..

A+ is a company that sells hoods made by other companies. Jason doesn't make them, so any quality issues the hoods have are from whatever company made the hood.

i seem to be the only one who got a @!#$ty hood from A+ and cant do a dam thing about it. Dosnt fit well, had a gel coat lump in it that i thought i could sand out smooth but when i sanded it i noticed it was a very bad spot in the actual weave. Also no rolled edges. I would go VIS no questions.

I got mine from A+ and for the price Im pretty well satisfied! These are grade A hoods not grade AA like VIS and a couple other companies, so there will me some flaws in the product. Mine has a few imperfections in the weave and a place where the cf seems to have an air pocket between the fiber and the gel coat but other than that its great. The fitment is right on no issues whatsoever with fitment. Basically for the price I say its a pretty good deal.

i think those cheap ones are the ones like phlat cav had and they dull out.. which isnt a suprise considering the price.. you dont mind a dull hood in a year get it.. you want something that'll last them pay some extra
