I have a 1998 Cavalier Sedan and was wondering if 2000 Cavi Sedan front and rear bumpers fit? Any response appreciated!!!

Yes rear is exchangeable, front you need to get new headlights (00-02 style), but other than that, should fit up good.
Would 99 work for the front?
99 is the exact same as a 98. Only difference could be if the 99 was a z24, still no difference when it comes to fitment.
front:
95-99 is the same as you have. direct fit.
00-02 will need to swap the headlights and corner lenses
03+ will have to change the headlights and hood.
rear: 95+ direct fit. may have to mess around with the tail light filler panels. 95-99 were seperate from the bumper. 00+ were attached with the exception of a few in 00.

Not exactly, there were some 2000+ rear bumper covers that had the filler peices below the tailights. All of them had it in 03 becasue of the way the bumper was designed. But form 95-99 and even some 2000's had the filler peice seperate form the rear bumper. I am not sure if they only did that for a certain amount of time or if they did i mid year switch, but then the newer cavs, say 2001 and newer had the filler peice attached to the rear bumper. There were just brackets that connceted the rear bumber to the frame of the car.

^ true, my 2001 has the filler pieces attached to the bumper... I think they changed that in mid 2000/2001
