Does anyone know how noticeable the holes would be if I were to remove the front license plate holder on my car? Would any place sell caps or something to fill the holes if it was noticeable?

I have mine removed, and the holes are un-noticeable. But my car is black
on 03s it looks like crap seen it done a few times

just go down to canadian tire and get some color match paint and paint the inside of the holes and youll barely ever notice unless your a foot from the grill
