Hey guys i was just wondering was there anything differnt about the headlights on a 95-99 cavaler and a 00-02 cavalier?? i wanted to get some nice black projector lights but it sais for 99...i have a 01....greatly apreciated..

Yes. There is a differance. The 95-99 Head lamps use a 2 bulb set up (1 low beam, 1 high) as opposed to the 2k-03 headlamps that use one bulb for both high and low beam. Also the 95-99 is shorter in heigth and longer in length than the 2k-03.

You can do the swap with some modification. You would have to replace the bumper, add the 95-99 cornor lamp braket.

ya what he said .....there is a kit by rksport but its really expensive and u only get clear corners not the black corners! prolly b better 2 get aftermarket lights or check the local junkyards! good luck with the changes if ya make um!!

well i found a set of black corners on ebay for a 00-02...but i want the black projector headlights aswell i dont think i can do the modifications...not to smart with things like that...i guess the easier route would be some clear corners...

i dont no what i was thinkin lol the kit from rksport is the 00-02 conversion lol!! but there still is a difference! there r guys on the org that r makin custom projectors but they have several different prices so that might not b in ur price range! i have also seen some guys with different outer housings for the headlights try searching some about that topic i dunno if its there but its another option just change the outer housing from chrome 2 black!

They don't make projectors for 00-02. They are custom made by guys in the org. I think White Boy was making some. Don't really remember. Check his site out
