yes you can repair it, but if the weave is broken then there will be a repair spot on the hood, you can just paint it then.

^yup what he said...you can repair it yes, but you will see a new piece of carbon where you fixed the crack.

if i repair it,
will it be noticiable ?
will i be able to tell that it be cracked...

and how can i repair it myself.. ?
be it cracked at 2 places,
one far from the hinge
and the other is where the scoop meet the hood

:S

or how much it gonna run for a expert to do it ?

we have no way of telling if it will be noticable without seeing the hood. and knowing your skill level. if the weave is broken theres nothing u could really do to hide it perfectly. like above best option would be to paint it.

I almost bought a CF hood that was chipped away in 2 spots... the body shop quoted me $250 to regelcoat the hood

couldn't tell you if it was worth it or not cause $250 for damaged hood + shipping + another $250 for repair was more expensive then I could get a new one for

that what im afraid of...
but Darkstars, can you tell now that it was chipped before ?

Then, instead of trying to cheap out, buy a new one!
