Cav Headlight Swap: 96-01, Need some final answers

Ok, i got a 96 cav and a friend has a 01.. we both want to swap each other.. well i know of everything i need and what not but my main question is the wiring.. RKSport's 00 headlight swap instruction do list:
RH Side
Blue=ground
orange=low
pink=high

LH side
blue=low
orange=ground
pink=high

but is that my wiring in my 96? or is that for the pigtails? or are teh wiring the same on both wiring harnes? Like will i be able to connect them easily because the color is the same? If not does anyone kno what colors from the 96 goes to what colors on the 01?
I downloaded the PDF file from RK Sport and i also do not see no diagrams as mentioned in the instructions..

Also a side question, the corner brackets, do those just unbolt and bolt? cuz i am gettin the ones off his to go with my new 00 fenders i picked up, i read someone said they thought they had to be welded on... i was hoping they would just unbolt then bolt onto mine. Any answers?
I searched and didnt really come up with any.

No i didnt buy RKs kit, we are planning to just swap harness.. what my question was, when i have to splice the wires so we can swap harnesses, for the bulbs to work, if the wires would be teh same color to connect them... or if the 3 wires on each harness are different colors on my 96 and his 01.

if u swap the whole harness your don't need to splice anything. not 100% sure but when i did my 96 cava (2 bulb) to 00 sunfire (1 bulb) i didn't have to splice anything.

Do they unplug and plug in with like connectors or what? to swap the whole harness wouldnt that mean u need to swap ECUs? if u can get a pic of where u did urs lemme kno. cuz from what i know i have to cut the wires and switch pigtails and reconnect the wires..

The other one i have uses relays which some have had to do because of no drl's and one light dimmer then the other but the one above makes sence. older style had two plugs so a ground for each plug. Now since there is only one plug per side only one ground is needed.

Here's the post with the other diagram i was talking about. Only some had to use it so its just one of those trial and error things. let me know which works for you.

Does this harness disconnect under the battery tray by any chance? if so that makes it alot easier than splicing..

Also Z2flip4 told me the corner bracket will unbolt and bolt on to mine but their are 4 spot welds i will have to drill out.. would just using JB Weld or some sort of epoxy work on that instead be alright instead of drilling and bolting?

^^ from what i was told is that we can just simply switch harness.. i was told its just a connector we can swap.. so ull have teh 2 bulb harness and ill have teh single.. also.. when we take ur brackets off were going to have to drill out some rivets to bolt up.. but i might just use some epoxy to hold it on for the time being till i can go into the shop and use the drill in there.. We'll figure it out might have to go without corner lights till i can get in the shop on the monday after..also did u get my PM? Jeff we'll talk more on AIM about it but right now i beleive i got it figured out
