Sweet!!! This is good stuff guys...
Hey Manta, your interior looks trashed!! Is your outside like that too? Cause it looks like it was vandalized in your sig. When you gettin it all back together?
I was lookin to see if u had a email but nuttun.. not trying to post jack here..
The outside is fine..aside its old paint, some rust, and just needs some work.. i just made a toon and blacked out things that i plan to change this winter for a whole new look next spring. and thought having the car on blocks was a need to go with the whole changing the look thing. The interior i dont know.. i bought it beige and i didnt like it at all so i gutted it.. and now im working on getting everything black! instead of just buying a Graphite interior im doing it a different way.. ReWrapping my Headliner, Visors, Rear Deck, Dash, Door Panel Arm Rests, Center Console Arm Rest in black cloth and then im gonna buy the black carpet from A+. Then some black racing seats and just taking the stock rear seat and wrapping it in the same cloth as the headliner and all that. I'm keeping a stock feel to it... with some silver trim peices painted.. Also i am trying to get 00 Door panels and 00 Center Console for a manual and gonna cut down my automatic shifter and dress it up like a manual FOR LOOKS, not posing... But the Door Panels, Console, Rear Panels, and all the other little things im just using Fusion Paint for Plastic.. I honestly have NO clue when itll be done.. i want to get everything ready to put in and then buy some sound deadening.. i would buy the sound deadening now and put it in but then thatll just bake me.. I want to get all my wires ran for neons and stuff to before i put it back together. Plus i dont mind people seeing it and being shocked that i have no interior

Maybe I shouldn't have put "thicker" cuz I think it's actually thinner... oops
yeah you bastard, i cut the thicker one and that wasnt it. Its definitly the thinner dark blue one, it worked for me.

Yeah, it's cool...I just had it as unlisted....so You just had to click the button and it would be there...but I changed it anyways. Yeah I know what you mean about project cars.....Got one of my own and you just wanna git the basics covered before you start modding....thats cool.
But back on topic:
Has anyone tired this for sure in a '95? So far all I know of is 96-99
actually manta is that pink wire connected to a relay thats directly in the middle of u rfront bumber and radiator fan cuz i see one thats only 2 wires a pink one and a different color one am i right but if im not right a pic would be great

Honestly i wouldnt think GM would spend time changing wires unless it was needed so im pretty sure it is the same wire..

There 3 relays behind the bumper support, and it was the one farthest to the pass side on mine..you will also need a flat head screw driver cuz i cut it right near the relay and the relay is held to the bumper support by a push pin.. it made it easier to work with..
the last pics shows the 3 other wires with it.. u can kinda see the pink but its also wrapped with electrical tape..
count me in for cutting the thicker of the 2..lol
Lenko, On the 04 there are three connectors to the main BCM. All three have purple and blue wires. Which connector is it? And is there a possibility you can let us know what wire number it is? Usually found on the connector. Thanks in advance.
New Picture comming this summer.
For those of you that drive the 03-05 models, BEWARE!
This mod works just fine, you cut the blue wire, you then start your car, pull down the parking brake and ta-da no more DRL's. HOWEVER.... There is one new light that then appears..... Nope, not your check engine light.... But your service light. I ended up reconnecting the blue wire.

Did you ground the BCM side of the blue wire you cut?
BTW, this is the 95-99 thread...

Even easier than the 2000-05 DRL disable.. because you don't have to ground out that wire!
New Picture comming this summer.
is it to the left or right of the purple wire?
