I've spoken (through email) to a company that, given the level of interest, could possibly duplicate the stock OEM '02 Z24 and LS lips in CARBON FIBER. (Would fit 00-02 LS/Z24/and base model bumpers)

The company I've contacted is Carbon TriX-Road///Race Motorsports.

He has requested for me to find people who are interested, and to get him pics of the items.

I for one am interested........ is anyone else? (I know I've seen this come up before).

Also, does anyone have any good pics of the parts? I dont have a digicam to take pics with right now.

How much did they quote for the whole lip kit? I'm interested.

oh, i thought classification was upon the body style meaning that 03-05 was a 3rd gen.

Because I know the bumper are different so they would have to make a different one any way

its all the same, its all interchangable between 95-05

ill take side skirts and a rear lip since i just got rid of my stock front bumper, but i think the sides and rear would look tight as well

As of right now, I dont have a price. I need to get him some pics of the lips, and possibly send him a pair, so he can look and see how hard it would be to make. That would be a large part of determining the price.

I've seen people put the 00-02 lips (front and rear) on 95-99 Z bumpers. I can look for the pics, they are on the .org some where.

I could also look into getting side skirts made, but I've seen civics, integras, BMWs, and VWs with just the front and rear lips, and they look pretty good........ given they have some sort of side skirt (didnt have to be carbon fiber)

Not sure if they would fit the 2.2/BASE bumpers....... you would have to test fit the OEM lips first. As for function....... the idea is to reduce air flow under the car........ which these would do.

they look funny though with only a lip on the front , atleast to me


my cav looks funny enough with just the front and rear lip , and no sides
