clear crystal-white(6000k) or crystal-blue(8000-10000k) or purple(12000k-14000k)

Mine are 5200's... very pure white.

It's all up to you. Most OEM systems run between 4000-5000k, which is basically white, and the projector creates the color. Any of these higher K values that they put out nowadays are still very bright, so get what you want. I run 7000k and it is pretty bright, but I would like more color. I have a friend who runs 10000k and his are plenty bright, and still have a lot of color.

Remeber you are going to be attracting attention to youself with the blueish headlight and in most states you can be pulled over and ticketed and some will say impersonating an officer. No need to bring more attention.

The pic below are using Hella 90mm Projectors. One using a OEM 4100K bulb and the other using a 6000K bulb

6000K on left OEM 4100K on right

See how much of a difference in light output there is and thats only 6000K. My halogens would probably be brighter than 10000K.

6000K has a slight blue why attract more attention especially from the police.
