Ok, so add another "cav-fire" to the list... except im going with my name (same as my 2g was named) and Calling it a SunValier (version2)

Im going to be using a 03-05 sunfire clip


My questions are as followed:

* are the 95-05 fenders all the same?

* Do i need the core support? or is it a unverisal system

* and heres what i plan on buying, did i miss anything?

List of parts to buy

*Fenders
*headlighting (lights/turnsig/fog)
*Hood
*Bumper
*Sunfire Badge (to rename it the SunValier)
*Core Support?

Also, why im on the topic of conversion, do the 03 sunfire lights use 2 bulbs, or 1? and if 1 bulb how two on wiring?

when i did my conversion from a sunfire to a cavy... i needed the wheel well plastic shields, the hood latch and release, these 2 bent brackets that go inside the fender ( dont know what there called).. good luck

no you dont need the core supposrt or whatever, everything bolts right up, youll need the fenders (yes same from 95+), hood, bumper, headlights, turns if you do it right, you need the hood latch and release, or just hood pin it like i did, there 2 headlights, H9s and H11s,

I would assume putting the newer 03-05 front clip on the 95-02 requires the same parts. How much work is it to put the newer front clip on the 95-02 Cavaliers/Sunfires? Any unforeseen problems after starting the project ?
