I ordered some parts from them a few months ago and they were a pain in the ass to deal with. They were very difficult to get any information on my order and it took them 2 or 3 months to ship my order. They wouldnt even give me a tracking number

I was thinking about a summit kit (or atleast the front for my car) but was leary because of all the bad things I heard as well.
The last time I check, there site was up, but I'm still a little leary until I hear more positive things about this company.
i just got my muffler from them. then i see this post i hope the dont srew me over
i only got it there because my friend got a body kit for his cav on there.
i bought the j type kit for my 04 cavy from them. my one side skirt is bowed the tape wouldnt hold at all on either side skirt. the front bumper dont line up right with the hood. i wont buy anything from them again. thats my advice.
