how possible is it to fit an 03-05 front on an 02?
the way i'm looking at it, all i see is the headlights, the hood, the bumper, and the grill insert??? am i right in my conclusions?
what about the fogs?
i tried search a couple of diff ways, and no luck.

It's very possible. The hardest part I would think would be wiring up the actual headlight bulbs (different from 02-03 I'm pretty sure). Ask some guys on here, they can help you.

the 03-05 uses two diffrent bulbs?
if thats the case then, it should be possible to run a relay, from factory plugs, to new headlights..... right?

Yes, every thing is pretty much the same as far as blubs....All you need is like you said the bumper witch includes the grill incert. The head lights and the hood. It should bolt right up.
.... I have an 04 and it uses 9007 bulbs which are double filament just like the 2000 all the way to 2005 cavaliers
Now if you talking about sunfires then they use different bulbs For 02 they use 9007's and for 03+ they use H11 for low and H9 for highs

wel heres the deal.......... i kinda didn't want to say it out loud, but my intention was to find SS 03-05 hood, find an LS 03-05 front bumper, find some projector/HID's for an 03-05, (but i do want retain HI/LO beams) and fitt all of this on an 02 !!!!!

no they just fill that hole/gap up with the front bumper.

No, i WAS looking at it though, since i did a headlight conversion on my jetta. had to replace the hood, the fenders, and the headlights....
I actually had an 04 sitting next to my car in the parking lot where i work, and i was comparing the two, thats how i got the idea......
i thought about it too at first, but then noticed that the bumper comes up, and fills in that hole that would be caused from the lack of headlight.....
What? GM would replace the dies for a fender for a tiny change? I respect GM, but they are too cheap for that.......

Yep... not a hard conversion at all. My 95 cav had both model year sunfire fronts, the stock 95 cav front and the 03 cav front on it before I got rid of it.

Latch ?????? why the latch? i don't get it!! the cars use the same front end frame, and the hole for the catch would be in the frame, in the same location not the bumper, unless the latch on the hood is a diffrent lenght between the years

like i said about the latch "i believe." not a definite answer since i can't remember or not on it or if just needs to be changed if you swap between a cav and a fire.

ive personally answered this at least 10 times...
fenders are the same 95-05, except 95-99 has a bracket you have to cut off to make it fit a 00+. fits perfect after that.
03+ uses different bumper, hood, and headlamps than a 00-02. (same fenders, but with the bracket issue i mentioned earlier).
THATS IT. it all bolts right up.
