ok I have a problem i just buffed my car like 2 weeks ago and im starting to notice a white dis coloration on the plastic window trim on my back window, sun roof, and the rear side windows. Does anyone have any susgestions on how to get rid of it. I thought i would come on here and ask before i take any chemicals or stuff to try and clean it and make it worst. If i cant fix it i will probably get them painted.

Mine were all rough and discolored after a year. I just took it to a shop and got it painted. So far so good

I guess i will have to do that then. For reference how much did i cost you to have your trim painted?

try black shoe polish the liquid stuff that's what they use in car dealership on used cars

or scrap it off with ur key or fingernail like i was doin earlier
