Clear Corner Lenses - Daytime lighting
Tuesday, September 13, 2005 6:16 PM
I have a set of clear corner lenses. These are the ones with the white reflector inside. You can barley see them in the sunlight, and seem pretty faint even up close. Got the factory bulbs in there, what can I do to improve the lighting?

Can I upgrade the harness to fit a larger bulb? Any ideas?

Thanks.

Get some LED's?
www.lsdiodes.com has cheap prices and fast shipping. They're great guys to work with. PM me if you need some more info.

I've used led's before and they were really dim too. I have pretty much stock ones in now but same thing, you can barely see it at all during the day.. ive tried a few different brands but nothing seems to be bright enough... what is everyone else using??? I have the clear corners that are fogged over a bit in a 98z.

^^^If you're using Autozone/Pep Boys LED's then I can see why you'd say that. But if you buy them individually and get the proper resistor, they won't be dim.
