I'm looking at getting a carbon fiber trunk around christmas time and I'm just courious if anyone as any pictures of a 3rd gen with one on it so I can get an idea of fitment, or if someone can point me in the right direction of a good manufactuer. I'm looking at a VIS Racing one, and the price is not bad, bud if someone had some pictures to show me it would greatly help Thanks!!!

a simple search can show you several. i believe you can get a vis lid through jason at aplus. you can also order from classglass and get a full shaved lid w/ or w/o molded in spoiler for i think 450 (without shipping). i heard the fitment on the vis lid isnt that great and that there is a gap and it tends to stick up on one side.

Check the photos & media forum for a post by Spencer Matter a couple weeks ago... It looks great on his car.

Let me know if you decide to get one.

Class Glass and Performance. They make some of the best fitting fiberglass pieces from what i've seen and dealt with. Very high quality stuff. I personally have one of their fiberglass trunk lids, and it fit like the oem lid with a few quick adjustments.

What do you mean it's crap, that it faded or that it cracked easily?
