I was thinking of installing these brand new projection fog lights I got off one of my buddy's, I believe I got to drill the holes for these to be installed, I am worried about setting off the air bags inside my 01 cavalier? And Idea's or tips to avoid that?

stay away from the hood latch area and disconnect the battery

I see you never tryed this before. The only way your gonna be setting off the airbag is if you hit the sensor really hard. But why would you put fogs on top of the bumper?

For that matter, you dont even need to drill into the bumper... BTW, projector fogs, are not fog lights, they are Accessory driving lights. Anything bright enough to be HIH like, cant be a fog.

Do a search, i explained how to mount them without messing up your bumper, the thread has pics too, i cant find them again, to post them again.
