let me just ask first, the rear bumper of the newer cavs that has the red and silver lining across the trunk, are they the 00+ models? if so is the dimension for the bumper the same with the dimensions for my 99z? i noticed the 00+ bumpers looked alot better and lower than my stock rear bumper, thanks in advance.

it will ... fit directly

thats a pic of a 03+ rear bumper up there. and all 95+ rear bumpers are interchangeable.
