Hey everyone.. I have a 2001 Cavalier Z24 and I have Type J sides and rear already on the car. I am not a HUGE fan of the the Type J front and am in love with the drift front.
Anyways.. my questions are
1) Is the drift front and type J sides about the same size.. that way one doesnt come down farther than the other.
2) Where can I get a GOOD drift front that wont have to be fixed when I get it and will fit. I keep finding some that are like 200 for the front so I assume that wont fix right. I want a good kit.
3) Is there somewhere I can get the front in Urethane.. my sides and rear are poly and I love them for it.
4) Is it easy to trim the kit to make the headlights of my 00+ffit , or would it be better to just get 95-99 headlights. I know it has like a lip under the headlight, but im not sure if I just follow that line to make it fit right of if its more complicated than that.
I really appriciate any time that people take helping me out with this. I just want to know my options and make sure its all done right. It seems like Type J is identical t drift in sides and rear, but I like the Type J better but the drift front is alot sexier.

it might look ok but i dont think it will flow right
if you look at the back of the drift front bumper and the front of the type J sideskirt they dont flow into each other

You might be right.. I guess thats something ill have to look into. I thought they would flow pretty well since the kits are so similar, but like I said ill look at it again.

i have a drift front with the type j sides and rear. i'm very happy with the combo. the front is slightly lower than the sides. that is only noticeable if you are actually looking for it.

That looks really good. Where did you get the front ? you cant really tell that its lower. I just was hoping there wouldnt be a considerable gap.
I have that same wing too.. lol, its about to come off, but I do. so thats just about what my car will look like with the front and primer on it.

that wing is long gone. i sold it to another org member. i got my urethane drift front from winksonline a few summers ago. i will go snap some pics of the car this afternoon
