no, the corner lights will not fit. you can retrofit a 95-99 to a 2000+ by shaving it a lil bit, but not the other way around.the gaps will be pretty huge.

rear bumper not a problem.
front bumper you will either have to get 00-02 headlights, corner lenses, corner lense brackets, and the wiring, or drive around with a big gap between you're lights and bumper.
