These say they fit for up to an 02 cavalier. Will they not work on my 03 or have they just not updated them to say they do fit an 03 cavalier?

yes they will work, but to make it look good you'll have to either get the rksport filler bezel to replace most of that reflector bar on the trunklid, or get a 95-02 trunklid, or fill in the holes that the reflector leaves, but yes, the lights will just bolt in
