Are the vents clear?

Did you check to see if there is any gap or hole in the glue thats holding the light cover on?
if it's both sides that's weird. tell the dealer to fix it. is it a lot of moisture?

All light assemblies have a small vent, this prevents your headlights from fogging and gathering condensation of the inside. I know where it is on the 2000 -2003 lights but the 04 and 05's i dont, sorry.

The vents are usually on the top seam somewhere. It looks like a flat head screwdriver pry slot on most headlamps and fog lamps.

Take it into the dealer. Your under bumper to bumper warranty. They should replace it no problem.
