The jury is still out here as to whether or not vinyl will grace, or disgrace (depending on who you ask) our car. Just wanting additional feedback about some of the designs that we are mulling over. And if you don't think vinyl is a good idea, blow a post and tell me that too.
As a note, all of these were put together solely in Photoshop, a couple of the layouts still need tweaking in my over-priced sign design software I have at work.

Ouch, no love for the vinyl huh, but its honestly what I was expecting, the general views of the site always has been anti-graphics, but thanks for your opinions. Like I said though, we haven't decided if we are going to do anything or not. This morning we dropped her off to have the front windshield replaced, and looking at the car, it looks nice like it is now, but at other times, god thats an awful lot of white.
As for the colors, I'll play with them some, but we were going to match one of the colors to the interior which is that seafoam green color.
I actually dig all of them but #4. I don't like 4 at all.
I am not a fan of the colors i think with some other colors it would work alot better
IMO:
1. Doesnt flow well
2. I dont know...
3. Looks too girly stock graphics
4. All sorts of no
5. Potential with other colors.
Alot of people dont like graphics, I am very picky when it comes to them, but i have seen at shows I have atteneded, that cars with graphics that flow well with the car, do well, and those who 1/2 a$$ it get hurt.
There is a yellow cavy, with just about similar mods to me, with tribal graphics, and I think it helps him out alot, cause it sets it off a little more from a stock paintjob etc. I still am staying with a clean look, and if I ever do anything, it would be a 2 tone, or brushed on mild design.

i agree with fodder, and this is someone who has ran graphics on their car. graphics can work if done right, im just not liking the ideas im seeing, think the color combos is having something to do with how they are appearing.

I like Vinyls also but they don't really flow that well...get another set and I'll give my honest opinion.

theres nothing wrong w/ graphics as long as its tastefully done. those are just too much going on. just go w/ something simple that flows w/ the car.
just go with a simple pinstripe that matches the interior if you have to but graphics on.
With the exception of #4, that totally looks like something a couple hot chicks would cruise the California beaches in.
