hit up that link and you'll see they have a full sponsorship available for a 95-99 cavalier and a 95-01 sunfire for the millenium series body kit. the only details say you must be able to install and have painted in 30 days of receiving it. i'm sure there are more stipulations, a phone number is listed so you can contact the company. below are pics ot the respective body kits.

You must pay for the kit upfront.. After it is painted you must take so many pictures for them and they will refund your money.. Not a bad deal if it was a nicer kit..

Sadly i,ve seen worst looking kits. I mean the Sunfire kit doesn't look too bad on the car. The cav just looks ummm how do i put this....out of place
I don't like that kit in the least. If I had to choose between that kit and staying stock...I much rather stay stock.
i donno , if i had a sunfire i might get the kit just because if you look at it right...it kinda makes a funny face like this --> === ====
