Hey guys...I got a hair ep my a$$ and painted my car flat black, thing is , I was out side, and now I have to touch it up (lines). anyone know what grit sandpaper to use, and if there is anyone elso out there that was dimented enough to do this too.....any tips on getting rattlecan paint to go on smooth, or brand/types.

For you shiny guys out there, just pretend it's a sanding primer question,

Thanx

you can use some 220 grit and wet sand it., since it's flat black I'm guessing no clear coat lol. I was thinking about going with a boxy body kit on my cav and doing flat black, but I'm not sure I want to.... post a pic and lets see how yours looks :-)

I just finished painting a friends car flat black...we sanded the car with 400 girt sandpaper, painter it flat black and then gave it 2 coats of satin clear coat (keeps it flat, soft lookin, and no streaks....try that it should work
