just search the reg for conversion im sure you'll find something
off the top of my head are the celica tails, alero tails, cobalt tails, stock tails that were recessed in, supra tails (on a second gen)
ive seen s10 taillights on a j also..
Alero, which I will be changing shortly to something else....gotta keep it fresh for NCCA competition.

I hadn't seen much for tail light conversion being listed. I know I searched for the headlights. was kinda one of those not thinking moments when I asked it and posted it. But was hoping to see pics as well for some of the ones that may not have pics or just a general post asking about conversion. I'm checking around so I can avoid doing something that has been done. But i"m sure it probably has been done some place some where. just maybe not here nor there. Type thing
