I have the rk sport skirts for my sunfire on the way and I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on how or where to get them painted. I am by no means experienced at painting exterior pieces. Can I paint it myself using factory matched paint, gloss etc. etc. or should I get it done somewhere, and if I can for a reasonable price?
Take it to a local body shop and get a quote.
My kit was $700 cash for paint+install. The estimate was $922, but I know the guy, so he cut the price.

go call somewhere. no one can tell you how much its going to cost except for the shop. every shop charges different prices so its hard for people to tell you the price since it always changes
