Ha I bet you thought I was going to ask how to do it didnt you
. Well anyway my ?? is for thos of you that have done this what have you done for the black thing that surrounds the actual bulb, that little black collar thing. did you paint it, chrome it, pull it, or leave it alone. If nobody has done anything would painting or chroming it have any sort of adverse effects?? please help

painting won't hurt it at all, i painted mine the same color as my car, light output is unaffected
