this is my frist body mod besides painting the mirrors, i saw it on a white 03 or 04 4 dr some where in the round lake area about 6 months ago, it looked different, so what the hell.
where do you keep the chickens?
2006 Black Cobalt SS Supercharged G85
13.91@102.77
it would of looked better below the plate
i dont like it + that looks like chicken wire ..not grill mesh
i wanted to do something like that like eventually. i think it would look better with a kit on and some more mesh below the plate.

I like it. I agree with the other guys that it leaves the bottom half looking a little vacant though. Definately fill in down there too.
I may not be the sharpest crayon in the box, but at least I'm a pretty color
I think it would look better in the trash

How do you install an electric supercharger?
What kind of stupid @!#$ question is that.
My Car
good idea, think it would look better powdercoated either black or body color though.
looks better than stock in my opinion. I agree though it should have some under the plate
hard to say... deffinatly put some down below on the bumper, and id have to see a pic from a lil farther away to get a good view of it....

i thought it was a great question, myself.
it just looks cheap and tacky on an otherwise stock looking car...if there was mesh below it on the bumper then that would be a different story...but if your gonna leave it like that....at least make it body color or black
id have to see it with the mesh on the bumper, to give u my opinion on it... what would help is if u painted it with a color that acents your car, say u were going with a blue and black theme or something, paint it black... get what i mean? would look a lot better
i was going to mesh the bottom but atuo zone did have the same stuff, and i am working on putting a the stock boew tie back in but in blue. plus i was on bugdet, i am saving up for the bomex style bumper, but i wanted to stand out a little. also my colors are blue and sliver. and i looked at the bottom bumper and cause if the colums if you cut it it will leave little v cuts in the bumper that is why the mesh is tuck under. unless any of you guys know what i could use to cover them up on poly bumper. fiberglass will crack i am told.
i reallly wasn't happy with it untill, i saw it at night with my leds.
I Love Anything Fast Enough I Can Do Something Stupid On
Just cause it's a domestic don't mean she can't kick your damn rice's @$$
That thing gotta ecotec? Un Huh!
i think it looks good, but like others said painted body color or accent color and some more put on the bumper.

Check out my build thread!
I say for a stock car to have a mesh grill looks kinda cheese.... if it was aftermarket, it wouldnt be soooo bad, but i would have to see it... i say get rid of it, take some time, get some big mods, then concider it.
Too many people try to rush mods and end up throwing stickers on their car thinking its a cheap way to mod your car... doesnt count! looks like @!#$
***Thanks again to stargrrrl***

ken...thanks :-p and RAKSJ04... regardless of what people say, its your car, and if you like it go for it, achieve the look you want, not what other people want it to look like. so good luck with it
