dont know were to post this but it has to deal with bodykits so here it goes.hopefully help someone in the future. well heres the story, i ordered the buddy club 2 kit from henshin auto because i had money left over from my animal project( i am in the FFA in school) i sold my animal for 1100 dollars, my car looked like junk so i bought the kit. i bought it because at that time my parents woulndt let me buy parts for it because they thought performance parts would blow up my engine(the saw "the fast and the furious" too many times). so i bought the kit june of last year. well they never sent me the money or the kit. so i went and i bought the bomex kit off extremedimensions. but now i am calling and at first they wanted to send me the money but then they come up with all these bullcrap excused to jack me saying i sent back the kit and that they need to take out 300 for restocking fee and 100 for something else. so i argued and asked that they send me the kit. the said if i would rather have the kit and i agreed thinking that i would at least get my moneys worth and then a week later they call me and tell me it will be on backorder for another six months. this was 6 months ago. i called and they offered to give me my money in parts from their site and i agreed(wanted cfiber hood and splitter anyways) but now they dont want to send it to me anything and i call and they put me on hold for a long time and when ever i make my mom call during work when she is off because i cant because i am in class they are rude to her and hang up on her. what should i do? my mom wants to get a lawyer involved but i just want to get my 800 bucks back. i ordered the kit a year ago and all this time they have given me all this bullcrap. what should i do about this? nobody but from there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, if you say your getting a lawyer to them. Than their is a 98% chance that they will hurry and send your @!#$ back, in fear of getting sued.. I would go that route...
yeah i think thats what i am gonna do also because my mom is pissed off at them for what they do to her but hey i just want my money back. that money could be used to buy alot of things for my car and after having it for like a year i guess i can be a little pissed off at them.
keep in mind...if you decide to hire a lawyer...you can kiss a good chunk of that 800$ goodbye as it will be to pay for the lawyer
yeah i know thats what i am thinking. so i guess i am just get screwed. but i would rather lose a part of my money to sue them than just to let them keep it.

Last I heard... if he wins against hte company in court... they can be held liable for court charges I think INCLUDING a lawyer... check into it though to be sure
Just tell the company that you're getting a lawyer. They won't know if to believe you or not, that should hopefully get them jumping on getting your stuff back. Anyways do you have some type of record showing you paid them?? If you do still use that against them to prove that you paid them money and if they show no record of you recieving anything then they're totally F'd.

Use the route of threatening a lawyer, Better business buruea and if you used a credit card threaten to get the credit card company involved. usually just the threat makes them change there tune real Quick
yea, just bluff them to death. They should crumble from fear of being sued.

get a lawyer. it shouldnt cost too much to get them to write a letter to the company. that letter should be good enough to light a fire under their ass. if it doesnt, then continue with the lawyer for your $ plus court/legal fees. there is NO reason for this to happen. they are jerking you around BIG TIME. weeks, and in some cases a month or two, is ALL you should ever have to wait for a product. a year is out of the question. especially for that price.
get a lawyer. dont let them keep your money. get a lawyer. some $ back is better than none. get a lawyer. dont let them win. get a lawyer.
in case you still arent sure...................GET A LAWYER!

Have an educated friend call and say that he is your legal representative (can't legaly say he's a lawyer unless he is) tell them that he will be filing a claim in their local civil court unless they refund all of your money and give them 30 days to do so. If a week passes and you don't get your money drat a Letter with a nice letter head saying the same thing your friend did on the phone. 95% of the time you'll get your money back and not be out any money on a lawyer.
