Can certain body kits be molded to fit other cars that they weren't originally designed for? I really like this Tiburon body kit and was wondering if it was possible to have this kit converted to fit my 2003 Sunfire? I know it's a long shot but if it's possible I'd really like to look into it.

Anything is possible with enough skill, time and money.

theres a guy on here who moded an integra front end onto his fire. so yes, it is possible...just going to have to alot of fiberglassing. oh, that kit is sick.

if its fiberglass, then yes. it wouldnt be too hard but certainly not something for someone who doesnt know how to glass.

We can do it but then where would be a cost, because it would be a custom kit

omg, that looks horrible. and would look even worse on a sunfire.

but it's doable. it would take a ton of fiberglassing skill to pull it off (assuming that the kit itself is fiberglass), but it can be done.

I agree cannon fodder....that would make a Sunfire look like a 1/2 scale Murciélago kit car. ewww..

yea, i'm definitely not feelin that kit, although i kinda like the rear fender flares.
anyway, like everyone else said-if it's fiberglass and you have the time and skill it can be done. or, if you have enough money, anything's possible. good luck

I don't know. Not sure yet which kit I want to go with. Not too big on most of the kits available for 03+ Sunfires except for the Streetfire kit. Only thing I don't like about the Streetfire kit is that it seems to be a bit too common. I'm looking for something that would be a little different and still look good. I agree that the kit above looks a bit spacey, especially the front end, but I think it's mostly because of the way they painted it.
