Think this guy is legit? I need a stock bumper, and if he can paint it for me it'll just save me time in the end...

ive seen that before, but i just dont trust it. way to cheap for a bumper, plus paint on top of it. id rather spend a little more and make sure its done right, rather than finding out after the fact, that you got robbed for crap paint, and even worse quality
